How to Choose a Window Tint Shop

How to Choose a Window Tint Shop

Choosing a window tint shop can be confusing. “Lowest Price” “20 Years in Business”…How do you know which shop to choose? There are major differences between tint shops and you don’t want to make a bad decision.

Ask Your Friends Who Tinted Their Vehicle
Ask all of your friends that have window tint on their vehicles which shop tinted their vehicle. You can bet that your friends will NOT recommend a tint shop that did poor quality work.

Visit the Tint Shop
Look at their showroom. Is it clean? Are the employees professional? Are they dressed appropriately? Are they knowledgeable about window tint? How long have they been in business? How long have the window tinters been employed by this business? Quality window tinters have been around for a long time, poor quality ones don’t last very long. The shop should make you totally comfortable in handing them the keys to your vehicle. If you can’t trust them 100% with your vehicle then you need to find a different shop.

Ask About the Tint Shops Warranty
The tint shop should stand behind their work for as long as you own your vehicle. If they don’t, then find another shop. Most tint manufacturers warranty their tint from peeling, bubbling, cracking and fading. Make sure you have a clear understanding of the warranty.

Price
At Precision our goal is to offer the best tint available at a competitive price. We are NOT interested in trying to be the cheapest place in town. We feel that having a reputable, established shop that will stand behind their work is more important . A shop that has been in business for over 25 years didn’t do that by accident. We did it by making people happy and exceeding their expectations. Having an established business with happy employees and customers cost money.

Retaining employees cost money. Maintaining a clean tint shop cost money. Having INSURANCE cost money. A great question to ask yourself is “Do you want to trust your vehicle to the lowest bidder”.

We have all of our window tint on display for you to see, including a “hot box” where you can actually test different window tint in front of an infrared light to compare the benefits yourself.

We do all of our window tinting inside to prevent dust from getting into the tint. Some shops who will come to you and tint your vehicle at your home or office can’t prevent dust from getting into the tint.

We are the only shop in the area that offers computer cut window tinting. Our computer sets up the window pattern for your vehicle and then our tint machine cuts it out with precision. Most shops “freehand” their film cuts using a razor blade.

At Precision we believe that we are the best choice for quality window tint at a competitive price in the Bainbridge and south Georgia area.
