Except as indicated below, Precision will let you return a product purchased from us online within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange or refund. The item returned must be in new condition and must be sent back in the original box with the UPC code, and all content originally sent to you, including, but not limited to, all accessories, manuals and warranty cards. For any exchange or refund, a record of your purchase must appear on our system. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization. The RMA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. The RMA number must appear on the outer box near the shipping label.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. On items where the shipment is refused, there will be a minimum of a $20 return shipping and handling fee deducted from your refund. If our costs incurred by Precision on return or refused shipments exceed $20, we will deduct the actual cost of the return shipping from your refund.
The following items are not subject to our return policy. For these items, no refunds or exchange will be given:
Any item with physical damage, including water damage
Items that have been previously installed
Items that were abused
Speakers or subwoofers with visible physical damage or that were abused
Items returned without a RMA number
Items that are incomplete
Items that have been damaged on the return shipment
Any item returned with postage due or a COD balance
Vehicle specific special order items
Any item identified as "Special Order"
Wheels and tires that have been mounted
All items returned will be inspected before any credit or exchange is approved. Precision reserves the right to refuse any items for a return or the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee in the following situations:
Items returned contain missing parts, accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc.
Items with damaged or missing box , packing or UPC code
Items returned with blemishes or other cosmetic damage
To return an item, contact us by email with your request for an RMA and we will get you an answer on your request back to you within 2 business days. Be sure that you include the RMA number on the outside of the package next to the return address. Be sure the items are packed properly so it does not get damaged during shipping. Any items damaged during the return shipping process may not qualify for an exchange or refund due to the damage. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance for your package. Precision is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products during the return shipping process. Any item returned to Precision without the RMA number on the outside of the box, will be refused and returned to you.
On items returned for exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to Precision plus the shipping charges for Precision to return the exchanged item to you unless the item is defective. Then once the item is exchanged or repaired, we will pay the return shipping charges back to you.
All returns that are accepted for a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Payments will be refunded via the same method used to make the payment.
